The Peugeot 207 is a supermini, available as a three- or five-door hatchback, a station wagon, a coupé or a convertible coupé.
What is a Peugeot 207?
When the Peugeot 207 was presented, reviews were extremely dubious. They didn’t seem to be able to agree on what to target. Various reviews complained about poor style, poor handling or a poor-quality transmission, with the prediction that it would fare badly over time. And the reviewers were all wrong. The Peugeot 207 sold extremely well. And although a few bugs needed to be ironed out of early models, it has proven to be reasonably reliable.
Is it a comfortable drive?
Most users consider the Peugeot 207 to be a comfortable drive. Although the front seats are reasonable, the space in the back seats is hardly spectacular, but keep in mind: the 207 is a supermini. It has been commended for its safety levels; it comes with six airbags as standard, with added safety technology in some models. Running costs are typically low, and the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are about the same as you’ll find for the competition.
A used Peugeot 207 could certainly prove to be an interesting investment, but make sure it’s been well cared for or alter your bid accordingly.
