2.3 Why can I (still) not log in?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to log in to our platform:

1. You used a wrong username and/or password
2. Your account is not activated yet and needs to be checked by our customer service team
3. Your account is suspended because you are not a professional car trader or dealer
4. Your account is suspended because your VAT number is invalid
5. Your account is suspended due to an internal decision in line with our Terms and Conditions
