As of day 61, your payment becomes overdue and OPENLANE will:
• charge you € 250,- administration fee and an additional overdue fee per started week,depending on the purchase price of your vehicle
• retain the vehicle documents until the purchase and additional fees are paid in full
• start legal actions as soon as the ongoing communication is discontinued and the additional costs and fees for this legal process will be charged to you.
If you are late with your payment, we recommend that you actively communicate with our customer service team:
• explaining why you are in overdue with your payment
• proposing a plan to pay the overdue amount within a reasonable time
