4.6 When am I excluded from the Optimo Fin service?

OPENLANE Europe may exclude you from the Optimo Fin service if one or more of the following situations occurs:

• You often pay late.
• You do not buy from OPENLANE regularly, or you have not purchased vehicles from OPENLANE in the last six months.
• Your VAT number has become invalid.
• The country where your company is registered is no longer eligible for Optimo Fin. As of July 2022, Optimo Fin is only available in Slovakia, Germany, Spain. 

The Optimo Fin service is granted to you and is not an automatic right you have as a user of the OPENLANE Europe website. Please understand that OPENLANE Europe has the right to exclude you from this service at any time, without any further explanation.
