For Benghe Bogdan from ANDRA CAR-INOVATION, a family-run business in Romania, happy customers are the ultimate sign of success. He sources second-hand cars for clients from all around the country. His number-one goal is to find vehicles that meet as many of his clients’ demands as possible. Since 2008, he’s been relying on OPENLANE to help him.
Customers come to Bogdan looking for specific types of vehicles. ‘If we already have cars that match their preferences then great, but if not, we start searching,’ he explains. ‘For example, we go to the OPENLANE website and search for cars that meet their preferences and budget. Once we find options, we present them to the customer and bid on the cars they choose.’

And I can upload CMRs and other transport documents directly to the site, so I don’t have to waste time sending a bunch of emails. I really like this aspect of the platform. It's also of huge benefit to Bogdan that he can buy cars from many different brands on one website. ‘Sometimes, a customer will come to us looking for a specific brand or model of car. If they want a BMW 3 Series, for example, we’ll to go to the OPENLANE website and search for that specific car. We buy cars of all brands from OPENLANE.’
‘I definitely recommend OPENLANE,’ says Bogdan. ‘It’s a really good company to collaborate with. In the past six months, the majority of cars we’ve bought have come from OPENLANE. We’ve had a few misunderstandings over the years, but we’ve always been able to sort things out amicably. Overall, we get along very well, and everything runs smoothly.’
